Er wurde vom Architekturb\u00fcro Gr\u00fcner + Schnell in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Baureferat der Stadt M\u00fcnchen, Hauptabteilung U-Bahn-Bau geplant. Die Er\u00f6ffnung war am 29.05.1999. Die Lichtplanung \u00fcbernahm hier das Bartenbach LichtLabor. Die indirekte Beleuchtung \u00fcber drei Lichtb\u00e4nder, die von gro\u00dfen Aluminiumtafeln an der Decke reflektiert werden, erstreckt sich wie ein Himmel \u00fcber den gesamten Bahnsteig.\nDie Form der Reflektorschirme ist exakt so berechnet, dass das Licht gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcber die gesamte Bahnsteigbreite verteilt wird und zudem der Streifen an der Bahnsteigkante betont wird. It was planned by the architectural firm Gr\u00fcner + Schnell in cooperation with the building department of the City of Munich, Department of U-Bahn-Bau. The opening was on 29. 05. 1999. The lighting design was taken over by the Bartenbach LichtLabor. The indirect illumination over three light bands, which are reflected by large aluminium panels on the ceiling, extends like a sky over the entire platform. The shape of the reflector umbrellas is precisely calculated in such a way that the light is evenly distributed over the entire platform width and the stripe at the platform edge is emphasised.
